The YIBODA series of quilting embroidery machine, synchronously take on the quilting and embroidery function

1. The machine adopted the imported big shuttle, with making smooth stitch and low noises, accordingly minimize jump stitch, float stitch, coarse stitch etc...

2.360 degree random quilting and embroidery completed at the same time.

3. Function of independent patterns interval quilting, input and output materials adopted tensile motor to keep the material smooth.

4. Main/X/Y axis all adopted the servo motor;   

5. Function of under and upper thread auto detector, red light displayed on the thread broken position.

6. Easy and flexible of design edit, capable of design edit on the equipment, able to read the format of the embroidery.

7. Stitches between 1mm-12.7mm adjustable, needle speed: 300-700 R. P. M

8. Safe operation under the protector of Infrared sensors

9. Display through simulation of quilting and embroidery; Auto pick-up needle and orientation brake system.                   

10. Function of pattern compensation, can efficiently deal with the distorted patterns due to increased thick material quilting.
